Kate has this amazing sense of where you are even if you’re trying to hide it. She gently encouraged me to open up to be able to heal, to see who I am and my self worth. Kate has helped me overcome so many obstacles, shown me how to self love, to use tools when I wobble, and stop, breathe and look at things for what they are and not to listen to the tricks my mind is playing, to develop strategies to get me through.
