Back in 2016, my life hit rock bottom and I made a slightly "odd" decision. I decided the come back would be epic and I showed people every step and I built by business on the way.

I hid very little and allowed myself to be vulnerable. It wasn't always the easiest move, but it allowed me to connect with women all around the world. I'm just not about fake people. I still, to this day, share the good, the bad, and the ugly. I lead a beautiful and blessed existence but life still happens to all of us. And perfect is just not real.

Q. What are your deliverables — what content formats do you work with, and what is included in a typical campaign?

In my brand partnerships, I deliver content that feels authentic, trustworthy, and tailored to midlife women — especially those aged 40–55 navigating perimenopause or menopause. Depending on the campaign, deliverables often include:

Short-form video content (TikTok / Reels)

Instagram posts + stories or reels

Facebook Lives or group content

Educational content or tip-based videos

Product demonstrations or unboxing

Giveaways (if relevant)

Written content or blog posts (where appropriate)

All content is carefully crafted: I do research, try to align with your brand voice, and ensure it speaks directly to my audience. I also handle the editing, captions, hashtag strategy, and usually offer a few rounds of feedback so you’re happy with the final output.

How do you measure success, and what results can partners expect?

Because I believe collaborations should deliver real value, I’m transparent about metrics and committed to measurable outcomes. Some of the benchmarks I share include:

Reach & Impressions: how many people see the content (on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc.)

Engagement: likes, comments, shares — especially from women 40–55 who are active in conversations around perimenopause, wellness, self-development

Video views: for reels/TikTok etc. — I already have a viral video with 2.2 million views, which shows what’s possible. (see relevant stats on my page)

Conversion: this might include clicks to your site, email sign-ups, use of codes or discount links, or tracking UTM codes / affiliate links where relevant

Brand alignment & sentiment: not just numbers but how the content resonates — feedback, audience comments, overall tone

I’ll work with each brand to set campaign goals in advance, so we can agree what success looks like (awareness, leads, sales, etc.), and then share a campaign report showing those outcomes.

Every collaboration is unique, so my rates vary depending on the type of content, campaign length, and level of involvement required. I offer everything from one-off sponsored posts to longer-term ambassador roles. To keep things simple, I’ll send you a tailored proposal once I understand your goals and deliverables.

In terms of timelines, I usually book campaigns at least 2–4 weeks in advance to allow time for planning, product testing, and content creation. However, if you have a specific launch date in mind, I’ll always do my best to accommodate it.
